MTrain is live: a new home for workplace training and development

After months of building, refining and testing with real teams, we are proud to announce the official launch of MTrain — a training and development platform designed to help organisations across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific grow capable, confident and connected workplaces.

MTrain was born from a simple belief: great workplaces are built, not stumbled upon. The skills that make teams thrive — clear communication, steady leadership and genuine collaboration — are learnable, practicable and measurable. We built MTrain to make that learning accessible, practical and genuinely useful on the job the very next day.

Leadership and communication training

Our flagship programs develop the leaders and communicators your organisation relies on. The MTrain Academy

The MTrain Academy is our online learning portal — a structured, guided learning experience for individuals and teams. Every course is built around practical outcomes, with modules, lessons, quizzes and downloadable resources you can apply immediately. Learners track their progress, complete a final assessment, submit a practical deliverable for review, and earn a certificate on completion.

The Academy already features courses such as Foundations of Leadership and the MTrain AI Business Essentials program, with new courses rolling out regularly.

Learning that stays in the classroom doesn't stick. That is why every MTrain course comes with a practical resource library — editable templates, frameworks and guides learners can take straight into their work. Resources are downloadable, brandable and designed to be used, not filed away.
